that is run by our Family

Laura Moore

Laura has a great deal of experience dealing with animals. Laura worked as a veterinary technician for many years. She then opened a large boarding and grooming shop in San Antonio called Best Friends Pet Care Center. Best Friends was purchased by a large corporation and they have expanded and opened offices all over the United States, and they are a major coordinator in the Rescue Movement throughout the country. Laura has been working grooming pets at Kerrville ranch and Pet for 3 years. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BBA and obtained CPA Certificate. She also graduated/attended a professional grooming school.

Gary Moore

Gary is in charge of our feeding and transportation. He travels and picks of pets from various Animal Shelters throughout Texas.  Gary is retired from the car rental business where he worked for 30 years. Since Gary now has so much time on his hands Laura fills his day with "Doggie Duties."

Katie Moore

Katie is 11 years old and is a great help. she is great at taming the frightened and shy pets. She helps in cleaning and feeding. She is in 4H and loves animals. She hopes to study veterinary medicine when she goes to college.

Diana Ross

Diana will be conducting obedience classes starting in August. She has a dog that is going to Hollywood to perform in a television show in July so we had to postpone our obedience program.  will update with dates as soon as they are available. Diana has over 45 yr experience training dogs and grooming.

VOLUNTEERS/FOSTER PARENTS

We have several Volunteers that help us and several Foster Homes that care for Pets

Our Family and the Animals appreciate their Help

We are planning a new facility and are currently shopping

location and property, building plans are in process.

In the near future we will be centrally located and can offer other services to help save more lives of these unfortunate pets that deserve a better life.

Once the new facility gets closer to completion we will need employees and more volunteers.

Charisse Combs A New addition to our staff this summer, she is helping out in our adoption kennel and off site adoption events. She comes to us with lots of rescue experince and a general love for animals
